The Overnight Guest Safety Ambassador plays a crucial role in safeguarding the well-being of our colleagues, guests, and visitors, ensuring a secure and enjoyable environment at our hotel. Your attentive nature, efficiency, and dedication will be essential in maintaining a safe workplace and a memorable travel destination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver consistently professional, friendly, and engaging service.
- Oversee the safety and security of hotel guests, colleagues, and the premises.
- Act as a member of the Emergency Response Team, responding promptly to incidents such as fires, accidents, safety concerns, and medical emergencies.
- Investigate and report any violations of laws or hotel policies.
- Provide First Aid and CPR as needed in emergency situations.
- Identify and report fire hazards and health/safety risks.
- Document and investigate accidents, complaints, criminal activities, and crisis events.
- Conduct regular patrols, cash counts, and manage crowd control effectively.
- Perform departmental key control audits and maintain accurate records.
- Keep detailed computer records of daily activities in a Daily Activity Report.
- Assist guests with inquiries about hotel facilities in a helpful and informative manner.
- Adhere to departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Follow all safety protocols diligently.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
