Position Summary:
Actalent is actively seeking a seasoned Owner's Representative, Field Representative, or Project Manager to oversee a $4 million greenfield construction initiative for VinFast, a leading Vietnamese automotive manufacturer. In this pivotal role, you will act as the Owner’s on-site delegate, ensuring that all construction activities are executed in alignment with established schedules, budgets, quality benchmarks, and design specifications.
As a key member of the project team, you will collaborate closely with the Construction Manager and various stakeholders, providing daily oversight, reviewing design documents, monitoring quality standards, and facilitating issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Owner’s on-site representative during the construction phase.
- Engage daily with the Construction Manager and contractor teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Monitor construction schedules and enforce adherence to approved budgets.
- Evaluate architectural and engineering designs for feasibility and compliance.
- Ensure construction quality meets project requirements.
- Identify project risks and deficiencies, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Participate in project meetings, providing timely progress updates.
- Support the execution of a comprehensive ground-up, greenfield construction project.
