Join our Global Sales Luxury & Lifestyle team as a dedicated P2P International Coordinator, where you will be instrumental in coordinating and managing complex financial flows associated with international trade shows, B2B client events, and B2B communication activities. This role encompasses the entire Procure-to-Pay cycle, budgetary oversight of activities, supplier payment coordination, and the optimization of financial processes across multiple internal and international stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring budget tracking accuracy, compliance with procurement processes, and the smooth execution of supplier payments within a complex international environment and a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Budget Management and Financial Tracking:
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets (B1, B2, LE).
- Track commitments, expenditures, and payments, and update budget reports (Excel).
- Procure-to-Pay Cycle Management:
- Handle quotes, purchase orders, and supplier invoices using group tools.
- Monitor payments and coordinate with Finance and Procurement in case of issues.
- International Payment Coordination:
- Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams across various regions of the group.
- Track supplier payments executed by different entities.
- Supplier Relationship Management:
- Act as the point of contact for invoicing and payment matters.
- Manage billing discrepancies and coordinate internally to resolve disputes.
- Hotel Rebilling Management:
- Coordinate the rebilling process after each trade show.
- Ensure the transmission and receipt of invoices from hotels is managed effectively.
- Team Support & Process Improvement:
- Provide financial support to the Global Sales Luxury & Lifestyle teams in Paris.
- Contribute to the enhancement of financial processes and payment solutions.
