We are on the lookout for a talented and driven Paid Media Manager with a robust background in influencer and affiliate marketing to enhance our performance marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for optimizing performance, nurturing partnerships, and executing impactful campaigns that yield measurable results. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional organizational capabilities, and outstanding relationship management skills with creators and agency partners. You will work collaboratively across various teams including Brand, Creative, Content, Product Marketing, Analytics, Finance, and Legal to ensure that our programs align seamlessly with major product launches and key business goals.
Your Responsibilities:
Influencer Marketing
- Identify and evaluate potential influencer and creator collaborations across primary platforms.
- Review content and provide constructive feedback to ensure brand alignment.
- Lead brainstorming sessions for innovative influencer campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on influencer performance metrics weekly to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Manage influencer budgets, ensuring optimal spending and strategy adjustments based on performance insights.
- Create tracking codes and links for campaign measurement.
- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark and enhance strategic approaches.
- Act as the main liaison for creators and influencer agencies.
Affiliate Marketing
- Review and approve new affiliate partnership opportunities.
- Oversee daily affiliate approvals and communications.
- Manage performance reporting and campaign evaluation, using insights for continuous improvement.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metrics weekly to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Issue and manage affiliate tracking codes.
- Handle voucher code reversals and compliance oversight.
- Serve as the primary contact for affiliate partners and agencies.
