This position, reporting directly to the Associate Director, plays a vital role within the Paid Media team. The Paid Media Manager will engage directly with our enterprise clients, taking the lead on communicating outcomes, devising tailored strategies, and implementing Paid Media initiatives. This role offers a chance to craft high-impact Paid Media strategies for enterprise SaaS companies.
*Internally, this role is designated as Account Strategist, Paid Media*
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and guide a portfolio of Paid Media accounts
Provide direct support to client contacts
Engage in weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, quality of work, and potential improvements
Generate referrals through client relationships and professional networks
Develop quarterly strategies for clients
Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for multi-channel paid media campaigns
Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions
Ensure accurate lead routing within a CRM
Recognize the value of Programmatic campaigns
Maintain personal productivity and utilize operational tools effectively
