Job Overview
This role is a fixed-term contract lasting approximately 6 months, designed to cover maternity leave within our Paid Search team.
Reporting directly to the Paid Search Director, you will drive significant contributions to our Paid Search team and Global Paid Media capabilities. Our Paid Media department is comprised of specialists skilled in various Paid Search methodologies.
As a Paid Search Manager, you will oversee the daily management, optimization, and analytical review of paid search initiatives across a diverse client portfolio. Your work will span platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Search Ads 360, as well as key formats such as Search, Shopping, and innovative AI-driven campaigns like Performance Max, AI Max, and Demand Generation.
In a rapidly evolving search landscape characterized by increasing automation, AI-enhanced campaign types, and smart bidding strategies, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality campaign execution, upholding operational excellence, and driving performance improvements aligned with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily execution of paid search campaigns across a diverse client portfolio with distinct objectives.
- Design, launch, monitor, and enhance campaigns across Search, Shopping, and AI-driven formats.
- Accurately manage budget pacing, campaign delivery, and performance analytics.
- Analyze performance metrics and distill them into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Conduct essential optimization routines including search term reviews, bid adjustments, asset assessments, and performance evaluations.
