As a Paid Social Media Specialist, you will spearhead the comprehensive activation, optimization, and performance management of paid social campaigns, mainly across Meta and TikTok, while also having proficiency with LinkedIn, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
Your duties will include precise campaign setup, pacing, troubleshooting, and optimization, as well as producing informative performance reports and insights. You will collaborate closely with local teams and offshore support to ensure high-quality outcomes at scale, contributing to operational excellence, best practices, and continuous improvement.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Industry Leadership: Engage at the cutting edge of digital innovation in one of the most dynamic and rapidly evolving markets. Stay updated on emerging platform capabilities, measurement changes, and industry trends affecting paid social performance both in New Zealand and globally.
- Professional Growth: Utilize state-of-the-art tools and platforms, including Meta, TikTok, and other paid social networks (LinkedIn, Snap, Pinterest). Leverage platform automation and AI-enabled features (e.g., automated rules, bidding strategies, campaign/creative optimizations) to enhance performance and workflow efficiency.
- Impactful Collaborations: Work alongside internal teams (strategy, planning, creative, analytics) and offshore activation support to consistently deliver high-quality output. Foster a culture of testing and learning and performance excellence across accounts.
