Position Overview
In the role of Back Office Employee, you will be integral in supporting our legal team by managing a variety of administrative tasks, fostering collaboration with internal departments, and ensuring seamless office operations. Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify legal documents for accuracy and compliance with internal protocols.
- Facilitate communication with external legal partners, attorneys, and notaries to provide updates on cases.
- Oversee the timely execution of each stage of the foreclosure and auction processes by maintaining alerts and schedules.
- Accurately input and manage legal enforcement data in the designated systems.
- Organize, archive, and prepare both electronic and physical legal files, ensuring a systematic documentation structure.
- Assist the team with ad hoc reporting, legal administration tasks, and escalation management as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a Back Office or Legal Administrative role, preferably in the realm of Retail Auctions or Foreclosures.
- In-depth understanding of legal enforcement procedures along with familiarity with foreclosure and auction workflows.
- Proficiency in data entry tools, internal case management systems, and document management platforms.
- Advanced skills in Excel with the capability to work with structured data and generate reports.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy in processes, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for collaborating across various departments and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Qualification as an Attorney-at-Law in Greece.
