Location: Edmonton, Alberta
Schedule: 5 Days On, 2 Days Off (Including Weekends & Special Events)
Hours: 40 Hours per Week
Shift Times (Beat Patrol): 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Special Event Shifts: Typically 5:00/7:00 PM – 11:00 PM or Midnight
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate:
- $20.00/hour (Training Wage)
- $21.33/hour (Upon Successful Training Completion & Swearing-In)

As part of the Paladin Security Group, Concord Parking is dedicated to maintaining order and safety on Edmonton's streets through effective parking regulation enforcement. We are looking for motivated, customer-oriented individuals who excel in fast-paced environments, possess strong attention to detail, and are adept at conflict resolution in public settings.
New hires will initially engage in Beat Patrol (Foot Patrol) duties, with opportunities for advancement to City Patrol (Fleet Vehicle Enforcement) based on performance metrics. High-achieving officers may be nominated for Administrative Peace Officer Status, paving the way for future roles in Dispatch, Supervision, or Team Leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Enforce City of Edmonton Bylaw 5590 concerning non-moving vehicle infractions.
- Conduct foot patrols along assigned routes in various weather conditions.
- Issue citations and warnings for non-payment, permit violations, and safety issues.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by informing the public about parking regulations and dispute resolution processes.
- Participate in enforcement activities during special events, such as sports games and concerts.
- Accurately document incidents and maintain legible reports including Daily Tag Reports and Incident Logs.
- Communicate effectively with Supervisors, Dispatch, and Team Leads.
- Perform regular lone worker checks and utilize assigned systems for clocking in/out.
- Appear in court as required to provide testimony.
- Uphold uniform standards and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Ensure that all equipment, notebooks, and confidential information are securely stored.
Fleeted Officer (City Patrol) Responsibilities Include:
- Driving a marked City of Edmonton vehicle.
- Responding to residential parking complaints.
- Processing tow requests following standard operating procedures.
- Keeping patrol vehicles clean and fueled.
- Complying with Alberta Traffic Laws consistently.
Training and Career Advancement
Our training program includes:
- 3 days of comprehensive orientation and skills training.
