Key Responsibilities:
- Assist guests during their arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in all work areas.
- Handle guest complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring proper follow-up is executed.
- Act as an ambassador for Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa, particularly for VIPs and group guests.
- Foster open communication with all hotel departments, especially with the Front Office Operations and Guest Services teams.
- Support Front Office Managers with various projects, completing tasks in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate movements related to the Golf Club.
- Understand and consistently apply Fairmont/Accor/LQA service standards for Bellperson and Valet services.
- Assist in replacing propane at fire pits and ensure outdoor furniture is properly covered during inclement weather.
- Manage the organization of outdoor furniture and equipment, including bikes and lawn games.
- Engage actively in hotel committees focused on sustainability, guest satisfaction, and employee welfare.
- Report maintenance and housekeeping requests promptly.
- Exhibit impeccable grooming standards.
- Be physically capable of lifting up to 30 pounds and able to navigate three flights of stairs.
- Possess a valid and clean California driver's license.
Hourly rate: $20.00
