As we expand our brand focused on sustainability and the human experience, we invite effective communicators who are passionate about assisting others and eager to join the electric vehicle revolution to apply. The Lucid Brand Ambassador is the initial point of contact for guests at our Lucid Studio, working up to 24 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet guests, address general inquiries, and coordinate test drives.
· Accurately capture leads in our CRM (Salesforce) and manage customer interactions.
· Conduct customer assessments by asking questions to understand their budget, preferences, and timelines.
· Actively listen to customer needs to recommend appropriate vehicles and gather necessary customer information.
· Refer high-potential leads to Sales Specialists.
· Ensure all guests are directed to the right point of contact.
· Cultivate an in-depth understanding of the Lucid brand, vehicles, and services.
· Encourage customer engagement by effectively communicating vehicle features and benefits.
