About the Role
In line with our goal to serve 80,000-100,000 Fellows over the next decade, Braven is seeking a part-time Campus Engagement Specialist. This role will focus on recruiting and enrolling 200-250 Fellows into the Braven Accelerator course at our Higher Education Partner, the University of North Texas (UNT) in Denton, for Spring 2026. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with central and regional teams to achieve recruitment targets and will play a key role in fostering a positive Braven presence on campus.
This position is part of the Dallas-Fort Worth regional team and reports directly to the Senior Director of the Dallas-Fort Worth Region.
What You’ll Do
Student Recruitment and Enrollment (55%)
- Implement strategic and innovative recruitment methods (social media outreach, word of mouth, campus events) to engage and enroll students in the Braven course.
- Utilize Salesforce and Google Suite for tracking recruitment data, operations, and pipelines.
- Conduct weekly data analysis with the manager to refine recruitment strategies.
- Assist in organizing recruitment presentations and materials.
- Coordinate and host recruitment events to attract prospective students.
Student Engagement (20%)
- Attend meetings and build relationships with student organizations and campus partners, while developing new initiatives for student awareness about the Braven course.
- Gather feedback on engagement strategies and share insights with Braven staff.
- Inspire students by sharing your own college experiences to generate excitement about career readiness.
Team Management and Culture (15%)
- Participate in virtual and in-person team meetings, training, and planning sessions as needed.
- Engage in synchronous and asynchronous Pre-Accelerator meetings and training.
