About the job
Why Choose Charlie Health?
At Charlie Health, we recognize that millions across the nation face mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Unfortunately, many encounter hurdles in accessing care, from insufficient local resources to lengthy waiting periods for services that often lack personalization. This results in individuals feeling overlooked and unsupported.
Our mission is to dismantle these barriers and connect individuals to vital behavioral health treatment. We provide customized, virtual care that fosters meaningful connections between clients, clinicians, care teams, and their communities. By prioritizing individuals with complex needs, we enhance access to impactful care and promote better outcomes from the comfort of home.
As a rapidly expanding organization, we are reaching more communities every day, building a team that is redefining the landscape of behavioral health treatment. If you’re eager to leverage your skills to create lasting change and help individuals access the care they deserve, we would love to connect with you.
