Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and incontinence care.
- Prepare residents for meals, snacks, and activities.
- Support residents in the dining area by serving meals and clearing tables.
- Respond to emergency calls from residents promptly.
- Observe and document any changes in residents’ conditions, reporting to the Resident Care Coordinator or designee.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with residents and their families.
- Maintain documentation of resident care as per State regulations and company policies.
- Transport residents as needed.
