Chamberlain University is actively seeking dedicated Part-Time Clinical Nursing Instructors for our Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to mentor BSN students in an inpatient clinical environment, bridging the gap between theoretical learning and practical patient care.
Your responsibility will include connecting classroom knowledge and simulation experiences to real-world applications, ensuring that our students are well-prepared and confident in delivering high-quality healthcare.
No prior teaching experience is necessary; we encourage applications from nurses with substantial clinical expertise and a completed Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
Scheduling:
- Schedules are based on course needs and clinical specialties.
- Clinical instructors typically work 3 to 4 12-hour shifts each week, for 2 weeks during every 8-week session.
- This is a part-time position, with commitments on a course-by-course basis.
