About the Role: Part-time Customer Care Specialist
You will be the first point of contact for our business customers and serve as a link between our internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Friendliness and service are your top priorities. With great enthusiasm, you strive to conclude every interaction positively. This year, we are working together as a team to elevate customer contact and the order processing experience.
Your Responsibilities:
Handle inquiries and orders quickly and accurately.
Monitor outstanding orders, payments, and customer data in the order processing system.
