This is a part-time position that requires a flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and evenings.
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will:
- Utilize your positive attitude, exceptional communication skills, and creativity to enhance the resident experience.
- Greet all visitors, including prospects, residents, and vendors, with a warm smile.
- Respond promptly and courteously to inquiries from residents and prospects via phone, email, and text.
- Manage incoming calls to the property, taking detailed notes and information as necessary.
- Ensure apartments are prepared for showings and upcoming move-ins on a daily basis.
- Conduct regular walks of the buildings, amenities, and vacant units to maintain Cottonwood's quality standards and enhance the welcome experience for all residents.
- Possess detailed knowledge of pricing and availability for all apartment homes, confidently addressing questions from prospective renters.
- Participate in the planning of community events and contribute to social media marketing efforts.
- Organize the package room efficiently as deliveries arrive.
- Maintain communications and relationships with community-related vendors.
