About Candlelight:
Since July 2019, Fever Originals has been hosting a series of enchanting classical music concerts in unique candlelit venues around the globe. Cities include Paris, Toulouse, and Lyon in France; Madrid, Barcelona, and Seville in Spain; Lisbon and Porto in Portugal; as well as Los Angeles, New York, and Chicago in the United States, with expansion plans underway for Sacramento! Candlelight has made classical music accessible to all, providing wonderfully unique experiences for our audiences. Currently, Candlelight concerts are held in over 300 cities worldwide!
We are currently looking for a part-time on-site Event Manager for our Candlelight Concerts in Sacramento, California. This part-time role involves working at our concerts held weekly on Wednesdays and Fridays. Please note that transport costs will not be compensated and will be included in the hourly rate.
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact on-site for Candlelight events and staff, directly liaising with the Fever Originals manager.
- Maintain full visibility of the staff roster; organize schedules; and coordinate with the staffing agency regarding any event reschedules.
- Ensure that all staff members are adequately trained in their roles, including ticket validation and guest seating arrangements.
