The Role:
The Floor Lead is a crucial member of our store leadership team, responsible for enhancing the store's success through exceptional customer service, team development, and the efficient management of daily operations. A key figure on the sales floor, the Floor Lead exemplifies outstanding interpersonal skills and embodies Mejuri’s core values. As a natural motivator and collaborator, the Floor Lead encourages a positive, dynamic work environment for both team members and customers.

Customer Responsibilities:
- STACK: Lead by example, validating the in-store customer experience by effectively communicating, training, and maintaining team expectations aligned with Mejuri’s Steps of Selling.
- STACK Leadership: Maximize results and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by enhancing both personal performance and team engagement.
- Services: Promote a positive customer experience while encouraging service offerings such as piercing and engraving.
- KPIs: OPH, NPS (85%<), SPH, STACK Leader Segment: Conversion and Sales Success.
Operations Responsibilities:
- Inventory: Participate in monthly inventory and cycle counts as needed, ensuring teams have the necessary resources.
