The Role:
The Floor Lead is an essential part of our leadership team, responsible for ensuring the store's success through exceptional customer service, team development, and efficient daily operations. On the sales floor, the Floor Lead demonstrates exemplary interpersonal skills while embodying Mejuri’s values. A natural motivator and team collaborator, they foster an engaging environment for both staff and customers.

Customer Engagement:
- In-Store Experience: Lead by example, ensuring the quality of the customer experience by training the team on Mejuri’s Steps of Selling.
- Performance Maximization: Drive your performance and enhance team engagement to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Service Promotion: Maintain a positive customer experience while promoting services such as piercing and engraving.
- KPI Metrics: Focus on OPH, NPS (85% or lower), SPH, and conversion and sales success within the STACK Leader Segment.
Operational Excellence:
- Inventory Management: Participate in monthly inventory and cycle counts, ensuring the team is well-prepared.
