As a Floor Leader at Lush, you will be instrumental in supporting the Store Management Team in all facets of the retail operation. Your role encompasses driving sales, managing store opening and closing procedures, analyzing sales data, and conducting training sessions. Collaborating with fellow leaders, you will ensure that every operation runs smoothly, providing an outstanding customer experience, fostering a joyful and motivated staff, and achieving operational excellence.
Your daily activities will predominantly take place on the shop floor, where you will lead and motivate a team of sales associates to meet and exceed their sales targets. By cultivating a culture of enthusiasm and positivity, you will contribute to a work environment that is both productive and enjoyable, ultimately delighting our customers and employees alike.
