Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare vacant units for new residents, ensuring they are spotless and ready for occupancy.
- Maintain cleanliness in the leasing office, amenities, laundry facilities, and all common areas as directed by the Property Manager.
- Keep precise records of inventory, supplies, and equipment owned by the property and Peak.
- Respond promptly and courteously to resident requests and management needs.
- Follow OSHA standards and adhere to company safety policies diligently.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and community.
Your Requirements:
- Previous experience in various housekeeping roles is preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions to fulfill the role effectively.
- A genuine desire to serve the needs of residents and the community.
- Excellent multitasking abilities.
- Maintain a positive attitude and show respect to your team, residents, and vendors.
Physical Demands:
- This role requires lifting and moving items up to 75 pounds, especially when handling garbage and assisting maintenance tasks. Frequent bending and stooping are required when clearing debris and trash from units. Familiarity with the safe use and upkeep of cleaning supplies and tools is necessary.
