What You’ll Do:
Sales & Leasing:
- Transform leads into leases via phone, online platforms, and face-to-face interactions.
- Conduct compelling tours that identify resident needs, instill urgency, and close deals effectively.
- Engage with leads proactively, nurturing them to enhance conversion rates.
- Maintain a deep understanding of pricing, availability, and competitive offerings.
- Exceed community leasing goals and occupancy benchmarks.
- Implement strategies that boost traffic and increase qualified leads, maximizing revenue.
- Respond swiftly to leads with a sales-focused approach.
Resident Experience:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, representing Peak Made and your community with excellence.
- Establish quick rapport and customize experiences for each prospective resident.
- Enhance resident satisfaction to promote renewals and referrals.
Community Operations Support:
- Accurately complete lease paperwork and collect deposits.
- Ensure CRM data is precise and up-to-date.
- Assist in maintaining office presentation and model readiness.
- Support the annual turnover process effectively.
- Stay well-informed about property offerings and competitive landscapes.
- Contribute to market surveys and perform various administrative tasks.
- Assist with all move-in and move-out events, handling associated deposits and fees.
