Join our client's expanding team as a Part-Time Marketing and Office Administrator. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual who thrives on managing marketing initiatives alongside general administrative and HR tasks.
Important: Previous experience in Marketing and Social Media is a must, as this is the core focus of the position.
The position requires a commitment of 20 hours per week with some flexibility to cover full days during annual leave.
Role Overview
In this dynamic role, you will oversee the company’s online presence while assisting with CRM, HR, and various administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Social Media (Primary Focus)
Develop, schedule, and share captivating content across social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Engage with social media inquiries to foster trust and enhance brand loyalty.
Contribute to the creation of digital marketing collateral such as flyers, newsletters, and website updates.
Analyze and report on social media engagement and performance metrics.
CRM Administration
Keep the CRM system (e.g., OnePageCRM) updated and maintained.
Handle follow-ups and action items to support sales efforts.
Compile weekly reports on leads, conversions, and sales pipeline activities.
HR & Office Administration
Safeguard confidential employee records and files.
Assist in onboarding processes, ensuring all documentation and compliance checks are completed.
Monitor staff leave, training sessions, and certificate renewals.
Provide general office and administrative support as needed.
Serve front office functions during periods of annual leave.
Candidate Profile
Demonstrable experience in Marketing and Social Media is essential.
Proficient in using social media platforms and basic design software like Canva.
Experience with CRM systems (OnePageCRM or similar) is highly desirable.
Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Trustworthy and discreet when managing sensitive HR data.
Reliable and flexible, willing to work additional days when needed.
