Role Overview
Your Mission: To deliver direct patient care and clinical oversight that optimizes outcomes for individuals navigating perimenopause and menopause through population-based implementation of evidence-informed practices.
Your Responsibilities:
- Enhance clinical outcomes for assigned patients by overseeing their medical care.
- Evaluate complex patient cases, develop comprehensive care plans, and assist fellow clinical team members in delivering evidence-based care.
- Track adverse events and conduct clinical retrospectives to identify areas for improvement in Pomelo’s protocols.
- Spearhead the development and review of evidence-based medical protocols and algorithms pertaining to menopause care.
- Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance our ability to provide the highest standard of care to our patients.
