- Work Schedule: Tuesday to Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Hourly Rate: $25.00

Role Responsibilities:
The Office Administrator serves as a crucial in-office representative, supporting the Agent Experience and Sales Management Teams in delivering a seamless and exceptional office environment. This dynamic role requires a customer-centric mindset, positivity, approachability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. As the first point of contact, the Office Administrator ensures efficient office operations and provides unparalleled service to all customers.
Front-End Responsibilities:
Be the welcoming face of the office, coordinating guest arrivals and delivering a high-touch experience.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers through consistent engagement.
Provide support services including recognition, networking, community involvement, and retention efforts.
Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout the day.
Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate parties.
Address issues as they arise, escalating facility concerns as necessary.
Handle printing requests from agents following company policies.
Back-End Responsibilities:
Oversee and implement the office’s standard operating procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all office areas including reception, conference rooms, and common spaces.
Coordinate logistics for office events and meetings.
Communicate internal updates as directed by the Sales Manager.
Field general inquiries from both internal and external parties.
Coordinate with shipping services (FedEx, UPS, USPS) for all package handling.
Manage incoming mail distribution.
Assist with facilities management inquiries as needed.
