As a Physical Therapist on our Mobile Team, you will provide outpatient physical therapy directly in patients' homes, incorporating telehealth services to enhance patient care.

- Possesses a valid physical therapist license and upholds the ethical standards as outlined by their professional organization and the State of Illinois.

- Acts as a role model for fellow therapists and clinical interns across all professional, clinical, communication, education, and leadership aspects.
