About the Role
Join our dynamic team at Chemin as a Part-Time Project Associate! In this crucial role, you will collaborate with the Delivery Team and report directly to the Head of Delivery. Your mission will be to support our community of Data Annotators, ensuring they consistently provide high-quality outputs that drive AI innovation across diverse sectors.
In this capacity, you will play a pivotal role in the operational management of client projects. You will need to cultivate a strong understanding of data labeling processes, while demonstrating a strong work ethic and adept project and people management skills.
Work Arrangements
- This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work either fully remotely or in a hybrid model, with in-office days at our Plaza Sentral location on Mondays and Fridays.
- Project Associates must adhere to the Malaysian timezone (9:00 am–6:00 pm, Monday–Friday), accommodating a maximum of 4 hours difference.
- A minimum commitment of three months is required, with the potential for renewal based on performance.
- We are eager to onboard candidates who can start immediately in April 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate operational support to Project Delivery Executives, ensuring timely project completion with high standards.
- Assist in the setup and management of various projects.
- Develop comprehensive project guidelines and plans.
- Execute administrative tasks that align with both client and internal standards.
- Provide guidance to remote annotators, addressing challenges and project-specific inquiries via internal communication platforms.
- Conduct thorough quality checks to guarantee optimal accuracy.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; 0-2 years in any project management capacity is sufficient.
- A relevant degree in Business Studies, Engineering, or related fields is preferred. We welcome applications from all educational backgrounds, including students and recent graduates!
- Proficiency in Google Suite, especially spreadsheets, is essential.
- Strong organizational and planning skills are a must.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and reliability.
- A self-motivated, fast learner who is results-driven.
- Exemplary integrity and a positive can-do attitude are crucial.
- Excellent time management abilities, capable of multitasking effectively.
- Resourceful problem-solving skills, especially in new challenges.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both spoken and written English.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge in project management software or tools is an asset.
