Your Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with autism in various settings, including home, community, and our new centers.
- Teach essential daily living and social skills using effective, evidence-based interventions.
- Collect and organize unbiased data during sessions for continuous improvement.
- Engage in clinical team meetings and ongoing training for professional development.
- Implement therapy and training sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Maintain proactive communication with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, families, and other team members to effectively support clients.
- Perform clerical and administrative duties as needed to assist operations.
