As a Sales Advisor, you will be the welcoming face of our brand, actively engaging with customers to deliver exceptional service. Your role will involve initiating conversations, assisting at the cash desk, and helping customers in fitting rooms and across the shop floor, all aimed at enhancing the shopping experience. You will also be responsible for processing deliveries, restocking items, and showcasing our latest collections on the sales floor.
Your contributions are key to creating inviting experiences that exemplify our brand values. With enthusiasm and warmth, you will guide our customers through their shopping journey, providing genuine assistance and proactive service to uplift and inspire them. Collaborating with your team, you will help create memorable moments that resonate with our customers.
While experience in customer service and knowledge of fabrics are advantageous, they are not essential.
