Role Overview
As a Sales Advisor, you will embody our brand ethos: welcoming clients with warmth, discerning their needs, and facilitating a personalized shopping journey that is memorable and enjoyable—whether in-store or online. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our brand image and driving sales through exceptional service and meaningful relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding service, enriching every client interaction and advocating for our brand, products, and loyalty initiatives.
Identify customer needs, passionately present our offerings, and guide them toward the ideal choice.
Develop lasting relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
Encourage combined and omnichannel sales strategies such as Click&Collect and Seek&Send.
Actively contribute to achieving personal and team sales objectives.
Address customer inquiries or concerns professionally, collaborating with the Store Manager.
Uphold the store's organization and aesthetic in alignment with brand standards.
Assist in omnichannel operations and inventory management.
Support cash handling procedures in accordance with company policies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
A strong enthusiasm for fashion and exceptional customer service.
Exude elegance, empathy, and superb interpersonal skills.
Proactive, results-driven, and eager to learn and grow.
Possess a positive, collaborative spirit within a team environment.
Previous experience in fashion, luxury, or premium retail is advantageous.
