Your Role as a Sales Associate
As a part-time Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in our store's success. You will work collaboratively with the sales team to meet sales goals, ensure product accuracy, and maintain a well-organized stockroom. Your daily tasks will include:
- Working with the sales team to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
- Ensuring that all products are accurately tagged with pricing and information.
- Managing inventory effectively and keeping the stockroom organized.
- Communicating daily needs to the management team.
- Maintaining high standards in the back of house operations.
- Assisting in achieving operational goals as a team.
- Receiving and tracking deliveries, ensuring all stock is labeled correctly.
- Conducting quality checks on transferred stock.
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following attributes:
- Strong motivation and a proactive attitude.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for long periods and engage in repetitive tasks.
- Capable of lifting over 50 pounds and climbing ladders or using a step stool.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
