As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily sales operations of The Beaufort Bonnet Company retail store. Your primary focus will be delivering an outstanding customer experience that drives sales and reinforces our brand's image.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Grasping the overall concept of The Beaufort Bonnet Company, including our lifestyle, customer base, and merchandise.
- Creating an exceptional in-store experience that reflects our company culture while building effective customer relationships.
- Fostering an optimistic, energetic, and collaborative store atmosphere.
- Acquiring and sharing product knowledge to provide customers with prompt recommendations and professional service to enhance their shopping experience.
- Actively participating in store meetings and striving to exceed sales and service performance goals set by management.
- Upholding high standards for store appearance.

- Ensuring inventory integrity.
