In this role, you will showcase your strong product knowledge and visual presentation skills while implementing store business plans in collaboration with the Store Manager and team. You will serve as a role model, guiding your team to deliver outstanding customer interactions that drive sales. Building rapport with customers and team members will be essential to your success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and foster a customer-centric environment that enhances both in-store and online shopping experiences.
  • Champion a culture of customer engagement by proactively greeting, re-engaging, educating, adding on, and thanking every customer.
  • Understand your pivotal role in sales growth and its impact on store profitability.
  • Exhibit emotional intelligence to interpret customer cues and create an exceptional in-store experience.
  • Educate customers on loyalty programs, promotions, and merchandise to enhance their shopping basket.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, treating customers and colleagues with respect and professionalism to achieve shared goals.
  • Lead by example while ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform Manager on Duty (MOD) responsibilities including opening/closing tasks and team supervision.
  • Assist in freight processing, maintaining an organized stockroom, and executing merchandise presentation directives.
