You are an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who excels in identifying and implementing process improvements. You are committed to upholding loss prevention policies and ensuring a seamless customer experience through operational excellence.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain efficient merchandise controls to optimize inventory management.
- Prioritize loss prevention awareness at all times.
- Contribute to a clean and tidy store environment.
- Organize and manage stockrooms, storage closets, and off-site spaces effectively.
- Ensure timely processing of all merchandise shipments into MMS.
- Maintain and replenish store supplies consistently.
- Report supply ordering needs to the Operations Manager or Store Manager.
- Facilitate all incoming and outgoing transfers.
- Support a seamless shipping schedule for timely customer deliveries.
- Consistently ensure merchandise replenishment throughout the day.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the POS system.
- Maintain the organization of the boat area (Cash Wrap).
- File all shipping and receiving records according to company policy.
- Assist in maintaining merchandising standards aligned with company initiatives.
- Collaborate with the merchandising manager to execute and uphold visual merchandising.
- Proactively identify and implement operational efficiencies.
- Be ready to assist customers on the sales floor as needed.
