Join our dynamic team at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Wonderland as a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Stock Controller. This vital role ensures the seamless operation of our stockroom, precise inventory management, and efficient product replenishment on the sales floor.
Reporting Structure:
You will report directly to the Boutique Manager.
Location: Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Wonderland - The Grove
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock Management & Replenishment: Ensure the shop floor is consistently stocked with products and testers at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Track and record tester usage weekly, ordering replacements as necessary.
- Maintain an organized and navigable stockroom environment.
- Inventory Control: Accurately process all deliveries and conduct weekly cycle counts on a 4-week rolling basis; report discrepancies to the Stock Manager and Boutique Manager.
- Assist in managing expired products and write-offs in accordance with company policy.
- Facilitate transfers, recalls, and stockroom relocations for new product launches.
- Event Support: Manage event collateral, ensuring timely setup and restocking during events.
- Compliance & Documentation: Organize and maintain all paperwork efficiently, adhering to best practices aligned with company stockroom guidelines and health and safety standards during product handling.
- Communication & Teamwork: Promptly inform management about stock issues and low inventory levels, and engage professionally with inquiries regarding stockroom processes. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
