About the Role
We are seeking a culturally aware and empathetic therapist to join our digital-first, primary care medical group on a part-time basis (up to 16 hours/week). In this role, you will utilize data, technology, and operational excellence to provide therapy to a diverse patient population.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Deliver integrated behavioral health care alongside a team of primary and specialty care providers, emphasizing clinical quality and patient-centered care.
- Manage a caseload of patients, conducting 30 to 45-minute therapy sessions for Galileo patients located in your state of licensure, with dedicated time blocks each week.
- Engage with a diverse patient demographic. We pride ourselves on creating a culture that embraces all backgrounds.
- Address patient needs in a timely and effective manner by leveraging resourcefulness, collaborating with team members, and adopting a proactive approach.

Qualifications:
- A valid TN behavioral health therapist license.
