Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition & Business Development: Drive MSP engagement and manage their growth journey with Lansweeper.
Identify and acquire new MSP clients through extensive research, networking, social media, and outreach efforts.
Conduct comprehensive market research to pinpoint growth opportunities within the MSP sector.
Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of MSPs.
2. Account Management: Cultivate long-lasting relationships with MSP clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Serve as the primary point of contact for MSP accounts, addressing inquiries and providing prompt solutions.
Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing MSP client base.
3. Solution Selling: Engage in consultative selling by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
