Your Role
As a Partner Account Manager in Channel Sales, you will oversee existing partnerships while actively recruiting and onboarding new regional partners to stimulate indirect sales within your assigned territory. You will become a subject matter expert on Dialpad and its suite of products, utilizing your knowledge to educate, train, and gain the attention of our partners. The PAM team collaborates closely with the National Team, which is responsible for new business and partner recruitment.
You will play a vital role in our global sales team by attracting new customers, identifying market opportunities, and promoting conversations about Dialpad! Our international sales team comprises Sales Development, Channel, Enablement, SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise, all driven by an unwavering passion and determination to assist businesses in overcoming complex communication challenges worldwide.
