Your Role as Partner Director
As the Partner Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Cognition’s partner ecosystem from the ground up. This involves identifying, recruiting, and enabling strategic partners that will significantly enhance revenue streams for our platform.
This is not a maintenance position; you will be a driving force in defining strategy, developing programs, supporting deals, and facilitating new business initiatives alongside our partners.
Your collaboration with engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams will be essential in establishing a robust partner engine that accelerates Cognition’s growth and extends Devin’s influence into the most innovative technology organizations worldwide.
Ideal candidates will possess over 3 years of experience in partnerships, channel management, business development, sales, or strategic alliances, alongside a deep understanding of the partner landscape and the determination to build a revenue channel from scratch in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
