Job Summary:
The Partner Integration Compliance Manager will work collaboratively under the guidance of the Compliance Marketing and Operations Director to facilitate the firm’s compliance initiatives.
Essential Job Functions:
- Address regulatory and compliance matters in alignment with Mercer Advisors’ practices, demonstrating precision, expertise, integrity, and professional insight.
- Conduct daily compliance reviews of marketing materials from recently acquired businesses in accordance with SEC regulations and other relevant laws.
- Regularly review M&A advertising, business stationery, websites, social media content, presentations, podcasts, webinars, and newsletters.
- Collaborate proactively with business units to ensure the successful integration of acquired businesses into Mercer Advisors.
- Oversee periodic reviews and updates of internal compliance documentation.
