Role Overview
We are cultivating a robust partner ecosystem within the B2B GTM technology sector and agencies that cater to B2B marketing teams. We are seeking a dynamic Partner Marketing Manager to initiate and expand our partner marketing initiatives, fostering new partner acquisition, enhancing relationships with existing partners, and driving collaborative co-marketing campaigns.
This role reports directly to the CMO and is tailored for a strategic yet hands-on marketing professional with a proven track record in B2B partner marketing, exceptional communication skills, and an execution-oriented approach. Key performance indicators include the growth of partner-driven pipeline creation and the expansion of our partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the partner marketing strategy across Dealfront’s ecosystem, including strategic tech partners, agencies, and affiliates.
- Lead co-marketing initiatives with key partners, such as collaboration announcements and joint go-to-market campaigns.
- Adapt Dealfront’s global demand marketing programs into partner-ready campaigns and assets.
- Create tailored content for partners to effectively sell Dealfront to B2B sales, marketing, and RevOps teams.
- Drive demand generation initiatives aimed at recruiting high-quality new partners.
- Oversee and enhance the affiliate partner program.
- Collaborate with strategic partners on co-hosted events, webinars, and curated experiences.
- Formulate event strategies to support both new partner acquisition and co-selling with existing partners.
