YOUR MISSION:
As a Partner Solution Engineer at Parloa, your primary objective is to enhance partner success while driving revenue growth for the company. You will actively engage with our ecosystem of partners to expand opportunities, empower them to effectively discover, demo, and scope AI Agents, and facilitate integrations with key technology partners.
Your role as a trusted technical and solution advisor involves translating Parloa’s platform capabilities into tangible business value, establishing long-lasting partner relationships, and ensuring partner success throughout the pre-sales journey.
By enabling partners to thrive, you will significantly influence pipeline creation, elevate deal quality, and contribute to superior long-term customer outcomes.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to both strategic and emerging partners, assisting them in developing impactful AI Agent solutions for mutual customers.
- Equip partners to accurately identify customer needs, present demonstrations of Parloa’s platform, and design scalable solutions that promote automation, reduce costs, and enhance customer experiences.
- Lead technical discovery and solution formulation across various use cases—from modernizing contact centers to implementing complex enterprise integrations—utilizing Parloa’s sandbox and APIs.
- Guide partners through Proofs of Concept (POCs) and technical validations, ensuring both architectural alignment and commercial clarity.
- Convert customer and partner needs into precise solution designs that align with Parloa’s product offerings.
- Effectively communicate value to diverse stakeholders—from hands-on technical teams to executive sponsors—through clear and persuasive storytelling.
- Collaborate across departments including Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Customer teams to foster partner-led and co-selling initiatives.
- Provide structured feedback from the field to influence product development, enablement resources, and go-to-market strategies.
