About the Role
We seek a dynamic Partnership Manager to spearhead and expand our portfolio of strategic partnerships that influence how our users develop and deploy software.
This is not a mere coordination position; you will serve as the key liaison for our partners—conducting quarterly business reviews (QBRs), negotiating partnership terms, and integrating partner feedback into Lovable's product strategy. On the go-to-market (GTM) front, you will outline collaborative strategies and opportunities with each partner and work closely with Lovable's marketing team to implement these initiatives.

We are on the lookout for individuals who are passionate, quick to execute, and eager to make a significant impact.
What We Seek

A versatile relationship builder—comfortable engaging with partner Product Managers to their Chief Revenue Officers in the same week.
A natural collaborator across different functions, especially with marketing, where your contributions will be vital.
Data-driven mindset: you establish metrics, monitor them, and let the results guide your priorities.
High agency—you're proactive and do not wait for a playbook; you create one.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with major cloud provider partner programs (co-selling, marketplace, alliance tiers).
Background in developer tools, productivity software, or related fields.
