The Role
We are looking for a driven Partnership Sales Manager to join our expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for establishing, nurturing, and empowering strategic partnerships, particularly with Global System Integrators (GSIs), to enhance our market presence and drive measurable revenue growth. You will engage daily with partners to spearhead joint initiatives, generate leads, and ensure partners are well-equipped for success.
This is a high-impact position that involves significant customer interaction. Expect to travel regularly (approximately twice a month, up to 50%) to strengthen partner relationships across the United States.
Your Responsibilities
- Expand strategic partnerships with GSIs and leading cloud platforms (AWS, Salesforce, Azure).
- Implement enablement programs that empower partners to generate pipeline and revenue.
- Enhance processes for onboarding new partners and leading collaborative go-to-market campaigns.
- Train and equip our partners’ sales teams to effectively present Process Street.
- Negotiate agreements that align partner value with customer and company objectives.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to design and execute growth campaigns that accelerate partner-driven expansion.
