Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Partnerships Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will identify, cultivate, and expand partnerships with both enterprises and startups to effectively integrate real-world payment use cases onto our blockchain.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement Tempo's commercial partnership strategy across essential market segments.
Foster and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise design partners, ensuring their successful engagement with Tempo.
Act as a consultative technical partner to facilitate product integration for clients.
Expand Tempo's ecosystem of infrastructure providers, developers, and startups.
Identify, structure, and negotiate strategic partnerships and co-development initiatives.
Represent the voice of our partners internally, influencing go-to-market strategies and feedback mechanisms.
Contribute to the creation of scalable onboarding playbooks to ensure partner success.
Represent Tempo at industry conferences, forums, and ecosystem events.
Qualifications
Proven track record in scaling business development or go-to-market strategies within blockchain, API, or related fintech infrastructure companies.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to navigate complex partnership agreements.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, with a focus on customer success.
A comprehensive understanding of the fintech landscape and emerging trends in blockchain technology.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.
