As our Partnerships Manager, you will be instrumental in scaling our efforts with existing partners, generating high-quality leads through strategic partner marketing, and making a substantial impact on our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily interactions with our active partners, uncovering growth opportunities and providing timely support, data, and insights.
Develop comprehensive reporting and analyze metrics to help Relay and our partners understand performance and identify improvement areas.
Manage the entire partner marketing cycle, including planning, scheduling, executing, and optimizing campaigns. Create content, develop assets, and draft messaging as needed.
Establish and nurture relationships with leading software companies utilized by our customers.
Align marketing, sales, and other internal teams with external stakeholders to achieve partner KPIs.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Partnerships, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Unique backgrounds are welcomed!
Proven track record of independently managing complex projects that have had a significant impact on the company.
Passionate about building and maintaining long-term relationships.
Exceptional project management skills, capable of coordinating with internal stakeholders to execute projects effectively and on time.
Results-oriented and metrics-driven, comfortable with quantitative targets and delivering tangible value.
