Optime Group is thrilled to collaborate with a prominent ground handling service at Luton Airport to assemble a dedicated team of Passenger Service Agents.

What We Offer:
- Competitive pay rate: £13.02 per hour (Day Shifts)
- This position allows for flexible working arrangements; applicants must be available for a minimum of 3 shifts per week.
- Shift availability: Between 03:00 am and 12:00 am, with a necessity for early shift coverage.
- Shift lengths: 6-8 hour shifts.
- Specific shift times include:
- 03:00 - 15:00 (Majority needed for this shift)
- 16:00 - 04:00
- 15:00 - 05:00
- 12-hour shifts available
- Temporary to Permanent role (subject to performance)
Start Date:
- End of March 2026
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain professionalism, politeness, and courtesy at all times.
- Assist special assistance passengers and their families through the airport, either on foot, by wheelchair, or electric buggy, based on their needs.
- Provide support with passenger luggage.
- Complete the Daily Equipment Check Sheet to ensure operational reliability, reporting any equipment defects as per the inspection procedure.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of wheelchairs and buggies.
- Update Centralised Control on progress using IT handsets.
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and promptly.
- Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned by operational management.
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic.
- Flexibility for early starts.
- Excellent communication capabilities.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Full UK Driving Licence (preferred).
- Able to multitask and maintain composure under pressure.
- Prior airport experience is advantageous but not essential.
- UK Settled Status (if applicable).
- 5-Year Address History required.
- 5-Year Work Reference History required.
- Successful candidates must complete a basic DBS record check post-interview.
