Responsibilities:
- Prepare a diverse range of pastries by following both traditional and modern recipes.
- Create innovative and exciting desserts to refresh our menus and captivate our guests' interest.
- Decorate sweets using various types of glazes, toppings, etc., ensuring an attractive and impressive presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels of essential ingredients, such as flour and sugar, and place appropriate orders within budget constraints.
- Ensure the quality of ingredients and maintain the condition of the equipment and appliances used in the preparation process.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Graduation from a culinary school.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in à la carte restaurants or 5-star hotels.
- Knowledge and adherence to hygiene and safety procedures.
- Proficiency in English.
- Flexibility in adapting to the work environment.
- Commitment to delivering high-standard service.
- Team spirit and collaboration.
- Well-groomed appearance and cleanliness.
