Join the prestigious Domes Resorts, a rapidly growing hotel group in the Mediterranean, as a Pastry Cook at the luxurious Domes Aulus Elounda, Curio Collection by Hilton. We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team for the 2026 season in Elounda, Crete.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a diverse array of pastries, following both traditional and modern recipes.
- Innovate new and exciting desserts to refresh our menus and captivate our guests' interest.
- Decorate confections with various types of icing and toppings to ensure a visually stunning presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels of essential ingredients such as flour and sugar, placing orders as necessary within budget constraints.
- Ensure the quality of ingredients, equipment condition, and hygiene standards are consistently met.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a culinary school.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in à la carte restaurants or 5-star hotels.
- Strong knowledge and adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Proficient in English.
- Able to adapt to the work environment efficiently.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
